StandUPTV

Thank you for your interest in participating in the StandUPTV study. This study is using a smartphone app that was made to support those who want to reduce their sedentary screen time. By sedentary screen time, we mean any free time you spend watching television, streaming videos online, social media, and/or video games while being sedentary (or sitting). As part of this study, you will be asked to monitor your sedentary screen time, engage with the StandUPTV app for 16 weeks, and complete web-based assessments.
