Mission and Vision

Cal Poly Center for Health Research and the SLO Noor Foundation are partnering to offer Women's Mobile Health. Our mission is to provide medical and preventive health care to uninsured women who lack access to care in California’s Central Coast. Our vision is a world where all women have access to high quality medical care and preventive health services.

  • Blood pressure and blood sugar testing
  • Cholesterol testing
