In addition to launching new studies, the Center also has ongoing grants, including the following below.

iBaby Study logo
Infants and Technology Use
The ongoing iBaby research is one of the first studies to use objective measures to examine the association between technology use in the home and babies’ health, including emotional and social development. Led by kinesiology Associate Professor Alison Ventura, iBaby follows families through their baby’s first year of life.

The study is now in its second year and has over 40 participants enrolled. Mothers enroll while pregnant and then mothers and babies complete a series of visits with study staff across the first year postpartum.
