Research Interests
My research interest is in health equity, broadly, with specific projects in immigrant health, socio-environmental determinants of health, and public health nutrition. I have ongoing studies among Chinese immigrants in Philadelphia, and I am also developing research projects to explore the prevalence and impact of highly processed foods and food additives.
